The few people (20% of the society?) are volunteering and keeping the country rolling. Each of us (who are engaged in social, cultural, political, sports origanizations) should encourage others. The more people try to improve things, the better it gets! LOL, don´t wanna interfere in your family issues, so I respond to the topic: I´ve made a similar observation, so I guess you´re right.
